    Would it be possible to move the dock bar to the bottom of the screen? It would be cool and attract more windows users to linux.

    it maybe not.... If move it the bottom bar, it will be a large challenge and work.

    You guys should look into the zorin os source code, They put the bar on the bottom like windows 7, I think the deepin bar looks nicer than zorin but it would be nice to have it at the bottom.

    Just a sugestion.
