[Suggestion] Defaul multiband equalizer for Deepin 12.12

I have a sugestion. Ubuntu don't have built in a multiband equalizer,Linux Mint don't have.
It is a chance for you to add this functionality, and then to do advertise at the unique feature of yours distribution.
  1. sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nilarimogard/webupd8
  2. sudo apt-get update
  3. sudo apt-get install pulseaudio-equalizer

@dadix, I have reported it to the Linux Deepin package team. They will estimate that if this EQ should be pushed to the repo. The process needs a few time. But it's a little small probability to be made default app.
