    There is no shortcut icon in the Dash and "ctrl+alt+a" don't activate it.
    I have a laptop and I don't have PrintScreen button.

    If the default key combination can't work, you can go to "Deepin System settings-->keyboard-shortcuts" to add one customed shortcuts.

    Name: Deepin Screenshot
    Command: deepin-screenshot

    Then input your keyboard combination. Have a try?
