    I found this Chinese word in the English iso.
    It appears when you add a streaming video url to Deepin video player.

    The next version of DPlayer is almost complete, and that time will fix this problem.

    10 years later, and I am seeing the same thing! It should mean something like social and/or network video and positive q words within the latest DPlayer version.
