We need a bit more info to help you. It sounds like it might be a boot up problem. If this is the case then you need to look at your Grub file. Either refresh Grub from within Deepin or better still, install Boot-Repair on a USB/disk or as a file in XP and follow the prompts. There is a lot of info on how to do both of these on the web.
