Clock not being adjusted to account for Summer time (DST)

For the record, Daylight Saving Time occurred on 31th March, where the clocks advanced one-hour in the EU.  However Deepin failed to account for this.  There is an option in the clock configuration ('NTP') which I thought when enabled would fix this, but it doesn't.  Every other Linux that I have used automatically adjusts the time correctly.
