I'm on 2014-alpha, all packages updated.

1. It be nice if chrome would start automatically with system borders or at lesat gtk+ theme

2. When using gtk+ theme, without system borders, Chrome is not draggable. Only when using the system borders

3. Thanks for using Chrome as standard

4. Please consider English for the bugtracker

Yeah, it does, but still it'd be nice if it could have a nice theme right from the start.

Also, I normally have borders deactivated in my settings, so even if I sync the drag problem stays
