    The subject pretty much says it.

    Every time I try to download the Gnome-Tweak-Tool the 'download fails.' Are there any other options for downloading the latest Gnome-Tweak-Tool? Or a better option for editing my theme?

    Here too. Synaptic installed, then installed the Gnome Tweak Tool and it just does not open or the calling terminal.
