Hello guys,

So I have a few questions;
1) How do I update all my applications properly? As of yesterday, libreoffice 4.3 comes with vital updates that I need. Currently, I can't seem to update libre through deepin's app store - why is that?
2) So far, I have had zero updates from deepin's app centre - Is this normal, or is it a bug?
3) How do I update deepin itself?

Since Deepin 2014 is based on Ubuntu 14.04 it may not get updated to LibreOffice 4.3, at least not anytime soon.

If you want to update to LibreOffice 4.3 now the easiest way is to use the Official LibreOffice PPA...
https://launchpad.net/~libreoffice/+archive/ubuntu/ppa

As far as regular Updates go the Deepin Store will do the job or you can open Terminal and input the following command to get updates...
  1. sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
Copy the Code

Nice to know about a forced update.
Maybe could be profitable to implement the official PPA in order to get the distro always updated.

Because the libreoffice software update has not been pushed to the library, now we are Synchronous with ubuntu.
