I have noticed that when trying to navigate to the Deepin Forum or even the Deepin Homepage that at times I am unable to connect with Chrome telling me that the page is not available. I then downloaded and installed the Tor Browser (built on Firefox) that allows anonymous browsing by using their network. When using the Tor Browser and Tor Network I am then able to connect to Deepin Forum and other Deepin sites.
Is there an issue connecting from my location or is there a setting somewhere that needs to be tweaked so Chrome can connect?
Thanks!

When opening Chrome and trying to navigate to the Deepin Forum English speaking index I'm given the following message after pressing ctrl+f5:
Error code: ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED
Again, I can access the URL using TOR Browser and their masking network.

Resolved the issue by doing a hard reset on my modem/wireless point after re-installing firmware.
