not implemented in the graphical interface as far as I know,
but Deepin is using network-manager..., and you can install (via apt-get) support voor ipsec (strongswan), pptp, openvpn etc.
Install also the gnome interface, because nmcli is outdated in the ubuntu repository: creating connections is not possible
