The dock locked up where I could not click anything and then it finally came back. Now the right-click menu fonts are fuzzy. My Filezilla icon is above the dock and a space on the dock exists where filezilla used to be on the dock. Even when I changed to classic this did not fix it.
When I closed Filezilla the icon is still above the bar but unclickable.

I went to the launch menu and removed it from the dock and added it back in. That fixed for now without loggging out and back in.
