Hi danez,
You need to open control center and then click Keyboard Shortcuts and under System look for File Manager which is set for Super +E and click that and select Super + 1.
Under the same area is a Custom option and you can create a shortcut for the Deepin Store. So for name I did Deepin Store and for command you put deepin-software-center, then click add. You then have the option to click the None and select Super + 2 and then it will launch the Deepin Store.
Let us know how it works for you.

I would like to add a keyboard shortcut similar to windows7/8 or Ubuntu where when "Super + 1" is pressed it opens the first app after launcher (This would be Files by default). When "Super + 2" is pressed it will open Deepin store. This is assuming your layout is the same as default.
