It is still morning of April 1st, when we English have a tradition of playing practical jokes (before mid-day). I'm assumimg this isn't an April Fool's prank!

In the UK we have moved into GMT+1, British Summer Time.

I cannot make this setting in the notification area, except by manually re-locating to Paris.

In Paris, I could adjust for summer time (which would then be wrong for Greenwich).
In London, there is no Summer time option.

I think I have written on this topic before: it is not easy to select time-zone, there are better ways of doing it in other distros (for example by looking on a map).

Also, I would like very much to be able to alter the date-time format which is visible, as is fairly standard elsewhere.
