    Yeah, it is true.
    This new forum is based on Discuz and there is a native English Discuz version, as you can see at this link: Discuz.EU.It is also possible to download and install language pack at the following link: Discuz X3 English Language Pack.

    Are you saying he'd have to go to the Discuz site to change his e-mail address?  He can't simply e-mail support@linuxdeepin.com or cantact the webmaster to modify his settings?
