Баг остался и в 201.3Если назначить левому верхнему углу -"Все окна" и переключить раскладку клавиатуры на русский, то угол перестает работать. При этом курсор будет печатать "w" каждый раз при наведении на угол. Если переключить на английскую раскладку, то углы работают правильно.

If you assign the upper left hot corner - "All windows" and switch the keyboard layout to Russian, the corner stops working. The cursor will typing character "w" each time you move to a corner. If you switch back to the English keyboard layout, the corner are working properly.

None of the hot corners work for me when the keyboard is on Hebrew, are you sure it's only the all windows?
