Greetings and salutations from USA,

I have a problem with running a native Linux game. This game is called Pillars of Eternity. I have the Linux version. I started with the tarball file from the GOG.com site, and I found a script to turn it into a .deb package so I can install it like an application. I did that, and it will not run at all on deepin. I've tried it on other Ubuntu/Debian based distros and it works flawlessly, but on here - doesn't even start when I open it. I've even tried to run it in the terminal, and it doesn't tell me anything.

Any idea what I can do to make it work, since apparently something within deepin doesn't let it work? Same goes with any game really, I have nothing but problems with games on deepin, it's been an on going issue since I first started using it. The last time I asked for help, I got no where - and that was a year ago, and that problem I had then has still not been fixed, in fact it's gotten worse with the latest build.

Thank you for your time.
