you should do your homework before asking ....on the download site you have four alternatives. one of them is sourceforge another one is mega in new zealand. i tried sf and mega .... they are fast. and if i remember right you asked what it is based on right? go to distrowatch (just click the link on the deepin homepage) there they will answer all your questions. also a quick look at the repos will tell you that it's ubuntu based.

Dear Community Members?
I am looking for Mirroors for the full deepin ISO in Germany. Are ther any mirrors in my neigbourhood? From Here It costs youst about 10 hours to download deepin from the download page. I have just found some mirrors of the linux repositories in Germany. But they do not offer the ISO they just offer the repos.
Could someone tell me something about the mirroring of the ISO Image?
