You may redo it by this way: ( in the software center)
open deepin store
select preferences
select second tab ( Mirrors)
in the right up corner, there is a buttom: select the best mirror.

deepin eighth Bi-Weekly Technical Report is online 
I've figured out that the software center does a mirror detection when it runs the first time. Is there a way to repeat this detection from the command line or from the softwre center itself. Altough myself prefers the commandline-way.
