    I can't increase o decrease the brightness with the keyboard but in configuration i can, how can i configure the keyboard?

    Well, you have to find drivers. Sometimes it doesn't work because only generic drivers were installed. Try to give us the specifications of your keyboard.

    I have an Acer laptop, and to get the brightness keys to work with any distro, I need to add these two options to grub: acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor
    e.g. GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_osi=Linux acpi_backlight=vendor"
