    Greetings Hello, I wanted to know how to install Deepin 15 laptop with a video card Nvidia Geforce Go 7300, the problem is that after installing the start screen goes black and only the arrow cursor is. I tried installing with the safe mode and it's the same black screen. Thank you.

    Er... Did you encounter any issue? I read about something years before saying Deepin Dev team strongly advise against the idea of install 3rd party Video Card drivers.

    Honestly speaking, I've been using Manjaro for quite some time. And I haven't even bother to installed any 3rd party drivers also. There is a saying: why fix something that's not broken...

    I have just tried installing Deepin 15 on a laptop with a GeForce 7400 chipset - a little more modern machine than yours, I suspect - and I failed as well!  I think Deepin 15 is simply not compatible with our old hardware, which is a shame, as there is a lot of life left in these old dogs yet!

    I, in the end I installed Linux Majaro Deepin 15.12 and if it works on my old laptop and appearance is same.

    deepin 15 is the first version  based on debian sid. we have many problems to solve, we need time.

    I know it takes time to develop any Distro for the way that you wish it to resopnd to all of the different hardware configs. So, although I am new to this community, just wait until they get things smoothed out more. I would suggest until then maybe ZorinOS 10 Lite if you have a 32-bit or Linux Lite x86_64 for the more modern ones. I hope this helps. =]
