Bug: Console keyboard different than desktop setup/control center (Deepin 15)

System: Deepin 15
Problem: Installed Deepin 15 with portuguese keyboard (PT) and english (US) system language. No problem with the desktop environment settings. But working with virtual consoles 1 to 6 (CTRL-ALT-F1/6) the keyboard is set to english (US) - should be portuguese (PT).
Solution: The package console-setup is required to provide the console with the same keyboard configuration scheme as the X Window System. Sould have been installed by default. Install and configure console-setup.
