Solution: use the ISO image of deepin 15 (you can download it from an alternative mirror such as SourceForge, if you are in Europe), instead of the outdated deepin 2014.3.

Problem:
Hi,
thanks for your precious software.

I tried to install it on my notebook but I see that its hardware is not compatible with deepin 2014.3:

see the attachment for details.

GPU: Intel
CPU: Intel i5 Quad-core
RAM: 4 GByte

The logo of deepin (with the water animation) remains on the screen but nothing happens (minutes later..).
If I press the left key on the keyboard the screen fade out to black and the water animation starts again.
If I press the right key on the keyboard the screen fade out to black.

Please can you make deepin fully compatible with Intel CPU and Intel GPU?
Thanks again.

Deepin 2014.3 is outdated. Why don't you try to install the latest version Deepin 15, recently released?

I used deepin 2014.3 because it is the prize of the Deepin Wallpaper Contest 2015.
I confirm that I can successfully run deepin 15 on my notebook by booting it from the USB drive.

I supposed that the problem can be Intel driver, but I'm not sure of that.
I'm not sure that the problem is the EFI because deepin 15 can be exeuted from USB drive without turning off the EFI option.
