Hello! Please help me. On the graphics card is not energized no matter what I did.

Proprietary drivers are not installed.
sudo cat /sys/kernel/debug/vgaswitcheroo/switch

If you have previously tried to install the proprietary drivers you might need to do fresh install of Deepin 15. After that I would go control panel in Display.
