Solution:
There is no Live DVD / USB stick ISO image.
You must install it or you can follow these steps to simulate a Live USB session:
1) Download WinSetupFromUSB-1-6 from the Web site http://www.winsetupfromusb.com/downloads/
2) Extract the files of WinSetupFromUSB-1-6 to the same directory (or in C:\temp)
3) Plug in the USB stick
4) Run WinSetupFromUSB-1-6 (WinSetupFromUSB_1-6_x64.exe is dedicated to amd64 architectures)
5) Select the Linux ISO/Other Grub4dos compatible ISO option
6) Enter the path of the deepin 15 ISO image
7) Press the GO command button
8) Once the writing process is completed, shut down the system.
9) Press ESC at system startup
10) Press F9 and choose USB Hard Drive to change the boot order
11) Select Deepin failsafe to try deepin without installing it

Problem:
Hi,
to test deepin 15 I must install it or there is a way to test a Live USB ISO image?
Thanks in advance,
d.

Thanks https://bbs.deepin.org/user/31653 amd @dance707, I think this is a major limitation, however.

Well, Deepin Linux 15 is new distribution, based on debian sid or testing, and I'm sure devs will do in near future live iso too. They need time to fix and they need time to make other things we all like from the other distros. Well, I hope so.

There may be no Deepin 15 USB available, but it is relatively easy to make one with;

http://www.winsetupfromusb.com/downloads/

- at least that is what I used.

You can then install Deepin 15, and when doing so are presented with 2 options

1) Install Deepin.
2) Deepin failsafe.

Selecting Deepin failsafe will boot Deepin 15 to the DDE, the only limitation it seems is that the screen resolution is restricted to a max of 1024x768 - so technically, you can explore Deepin 15 in a live'ish manner as well.

@omelette
I confirm that your solution works successfully (and there is no limit to the resolution of the external screen with HP EliteBook 8470p).

I noticed that the applications bar of deepin 15 is buggy (some icons are duplicated and it is not centered after a while). I attach a screenshot of the defect.
