    Keyboard shortcuts do not work when the Keyboard layout  language  is not English as Ctrl + c , ctrl + v .......  Why?

    No problem here. Keyboard is set to Portuguese (PT), system locale in English (US), and CTRL+C, CTRL+V and all keyboard shortcuts work fine.
