    Im new to linux and to Deepin OS.. I love the interface and the speed of Deepin its really a great OS..
    But i cant install application without removing other application and packages.




    is there something i dont know or im just doing it wrong?..


    i use synaptics and __.deb to try and install applications.

    AMD ati driver and its prerequisites fglrx-core, fglrx-amdcccle etc. i cant seem to install it without removing other applications..

    Generally propritary drivers are not considered applications. And it is often recomended to use the linux version thats already installed. In your applications you can click Driver Manager to view and install drivers and it will say there what is recommended.
