Tip: In case you prefer a dark theme for Deepin Desktop Environment (I do) you just need to use "gnome-tweak-tool" (install it if you haven't yet) and activate the "Global Dark Theme" in "Appearance". Simple and easy, no extra theme install is required! You may install "gnome-tweak-tool" in the terminal with the following:
  1. $ sudo apt-get update
  2. $ sudo apt-get install gnome-tweak-tool
Copy the Code
With gnome-tweak-tool you may activate the Appearance / Global Dark Theme setting. Be careful with the remaining settings, changing them may possible interfere with the normal working condition of Deepin Desktop Environment. Use at your own risk.

Ideally this option/setting should be available directly from the Control Center > Personalization > Theme. Deepin Developers? Could you please add this feature setting? We should not need to install and use gnome-tweak-tool just to activate the Global Dark Theme. Thank you!

I believe they are working on theming. Just be careful with tweak tool , the roots of the DDE desktop come from gnome but it has developed into its own especially this year with qt and html 5 So many gnome things are  no longer endorsed by Deepin.
