How long do we have to wait to activate the user feedback? It is not nice to send any issue to public when we know that can not be solved by the users, and additionally discourages new users.

If you feel you have a issue or a idea you can submit at any time using Deepin User Feedback in your applications. Thats why they put it in applications so users don't have to sign up and log in to a web site to report. If you know the issue has already been confirmed or reported then maybe you should wait.

On there domestic site they do have a feedback page where you can see the bug reports and status. . It's in Mandarin. I don't know if its the old one or a new page that message is referring to. But they should make it more clear to new users what the new procedure is and update that message.

Remember though this distribution is targeted for the average home or small business user. And in most distributions ideas or bug reports do not get reported because average user either feels it won't do any good or they don't want to get involved with signing up and logging into a web site. Deepin 15.1 makes it easy to submit reports by just clicking a icon in your applications. And they will email you back if you provided a email in your report. And for the new users they maybe be confused reading this thread I attached 2 schreenshots to show how easy it is to use the Deepin User Feedback application.

I use the user feedback from my system and I will wait for an answer. For the forum of Deepin it would be helpful to mention when you go to user feedback, with the message:
"lease first use the User Feedback of your system with the nice photo you send to me"
