In your applications you can click on Driver Manager
It will show if there is any proprietary microcode firmware drivers that you can enable
But that probable will not fix random crash problem.

I've a got the problem that Deepin crash randomly on my packardbell easynote. The only solution for me is to turn off manually my computer. If someone can help me, I don't want to return on windows anymore since I'v installed Deepin.
Here's the configuration:

Deepin : 15.1
System: 64 bit
Processor: Intel Pentium quad core processor N3540 (up to 2.66 Ghz)
Intel HD Graphics
4 GB DD3 L Memory
