    Deepin USB stick does not recognize same smartphone, External HDD

    External hard drive is sometimes recognized, sometimes not
    Smartphone is not recognized on the media disk, only Camera
    USB stick is recognized but it does not display data.


    When Windows 10 everything works without problems.

    Just as Deepin 2014.3 everything works well

    USB issues can be complicated to trouble shoot. We see the pictures you uploaded. While your connected to your external hdd what is the terminal output of lsub ?

    If you have not already done so please use  Deepin User Feedback in your applications to report this problem. This is most likely a problem with Nautilus file manager and Deepin is working on a solution.
    In the mean time there is steps you can take to try to isolate the problem Like viewing the terminal output of lsusb. and checking to see if any file or directories are hidden or write protected on your usb devices
