Note this only affects fresh install of Deepin 15.1.1 , my systems that already had Geary have been upgraded from 15.1 work okay.
After launching Geary the gnome keyring dialog box pops up and then immediately disappears.
After entering your email information Geary crashes, relaunching application will fail.
This has been reported with Deepin User Feedback

The first screenshot shows how the gnome keyring is supposed to work when launching Geary for the first time.
The Second screenshot shows how Geary mail fails to open on a fresh install of 15.1.1

Hi @dance707. I had this issue before in Debian and currently in some Deepin systems. I think, not sure, that's a bug  within Geary, which unfortunately its development has terminated in early 2015. We are required to insert all account passwords for it to work normally again, and from time to time, it will happen again.

Thank you I am aware of the account password issue that sometimes occurs when reading the keyring at boot. Disable auto login and log out and log in is a solution for that. This problem is different and occurs consistently with a fresh install of Deepin 15.1.1 on multiple systems where Geary crahses even before first reboot. This does not occur on a fresh install of Deepin 15.1

The only work around I know of at this time is to do a fresh install of Deepin 15.1 and install Geary. And then upgrade to 15.1.1 in terminal.
