    For some odd reason, steam seems to have stopped working, whenever I try to start it it gives the error message "Fatal Error: Failed to load steamui.so"  i've tried a complete reinstall and removing the steam directories but nothing seems to be working. Any suggestions?

    Hi, this error can be caused by several things. First of all are you using proprietary graphics drivers ? And did you remove or backup the .steam folder in your Home directory ?
