Hi, It appears that both time zones in the Deepin Control Center give you +0100 in the system. Maybe the European members have some explanation or solution. Or whether you need to report this in Deepin User Feedback application.

Casablanca, Dublin, London, Monrovia UTC+00:00

Algiers, Madrid, Paris, Rome, Vienna UTC+01:00

Hi This does appear to be a bug. I would use Deepin User Feedback in your applications to report the problem.
A possible work around might be to install Network Time Protocol sudo apt-get install ntp
And then reboot your system.

I installed ntp but the problem still exists and I tried to report the problem via http://feedback.deepin.org/ but the page is kaput¡¡¡ and the website suggest to post here, so I hope the Deepin team will see it and Fix it for the next update.

Anyway isn't a big problem to run Deepin so I can work with this issue. Thanks anyway

Ok I was not sure about ntp but worth a try. It might be that the sync automatically needs to be turned off in the Deepin control center for the ntp to take over. You can uninstall if it did not help. The Deepin User Feedback is now in your Deepin applications in your rocket launcher.

Here (ntp) you have more infos about how to install ntp and configure it. NTP works great on debain and with that on the deepin too. My time is always synced with some of the debian ntp servers.
