They are aware of some issues of dual monitor setup. The only work around for the calendar tooltip pop up is to use the Fashion Mode of the dock or to click on the time to show the calendar in the Deepin Control Center. If you like you can use Deepin User Feedback in your applications to report the problem with the calendar.

Also in the future you want to try to select the right section of the Deepin Forum as this is not a Community Management issue. Most issues go in System-related or Applications and you can also try Other Languages section if that is easier for you.
