I have tried upgrading using the Deepin Store and also GDebi Package installer but I just obtain errors. I tried repairing GDebi and this is the Terminal result.
Is it possible to upgrade via another method?
1 to upgrade, 0 to newly install, 0 to remove and 608 not to upgrade.
2 not fully installed or removed.
Need to get 0 B/284 kB of archives.
After this operation, 1,024 B of additional disk space will be used.
Do you want to continue? [Y/n] Y

The current version of Deepin is 15.1.1 , I don't know if it is still possible to do a system update on the obsolete version. To upgrade to Deepin 15.1.1 a new installation is required.

Sadly, I don't think upgrading from Deepin 2014 to Deepin 15 to be posible. I believe (and haven't heard official word about it, but everyone is assuming the same) a clean install is necessary.

Reason is Deepin 2014 is based on Ubuntu while Deepin 15 is based on Debian.

Thank you both for your feedback. Much appreciated. Will try Deepin 15.

Yes that is correct. Some users though are still running 2014.3 and it may not be possible to do system updates on the obsolete version.

Hey, spnoe. You may use deepin-system-installer.exe inside the ISO to install this system using a loop-back mount.
It's like wubi in ubuntu.
Extract the exe and place it with the iso under the same folder.
