i am trying to install apps from deepin store, but it is waiting and not doing any thing.. .

my internet connection is ok

is this a common problem at 15.1.1 ? or it is my own?
and what is deepin store's ip?

Hi, Welcome to the Deepin Forum. There were Deepin update patches released yesterday. I would try to update system from terminal first if not already done. You can also install applications from terminal as well and post screenshot of any trouble there.

This might be a weird thing, but switch "mirrors" and do try to login on the store first. Yesterday was getting no reaction from the store, but as soon as I did login, inkscape downloaded pronto.

you can do that: sudo rm -f /var/lib/apt/lists/lock, then normal update and upgrade

Para arreglar ese problema con la tienda debes abrir una terminal:
1-sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list
2- Ponerle un "#" #deb [by-hash=force] http://packages.deepin.com/deepin unstable main contrib non-fr$
3 - Agregar : deb ftp://mirror.jmu.edu/pub/deepin/ unstable main contrib non-free
4- Cerrar y guardar los cambios luego Sudo apt-get update
5-Con eso funcionara para siempre y no tendras jamas errores de actualización Saludos
