    The Deepin app store used to connect the user to the fastest download mirror for their location, but sometimes that mirror was extremely slow. I'm not sure if the app store now uses the fastest mirror or the official Deepin mirror, but I was thinking that, if the app store uses the same mirror that one has selected for updates in the System Info setting, then one would be able to change mirrors  there in order to attempt to get faster download speeds in the app store.  In short, you could try this.
