My desktop monitor is Dell S2216H,i have used many linux distros along with windows,either brithness slider remains missing(windows 10,ubuntu etc) or simply doest work....Deepin is the only distro on which the brightness slider works like charm out of the box...

whats so different about this amazing brightness slider???
