    Using 15.3, new install from DVD.  I have the time set to AM/PM format in the Settings, but it still displays 24 hour format in the panel.  A bug?  I hope it's easy to fix.  Thanks.

    I noticed the same thing. It was definitely working correctly before the update. I imagine it will be an easy fix.
