Here is what you are looking for
after installing deepin and selecting your keyboards layout from the configuration center (witch only effects the x server) use the code below to fix your keyboard layout on console. You can use a terminal to run this sstuff
sudo apt-get -y install console-setup console-data keyboard-configuration locales
sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-setup
sudo dpkg-reconfigure console-data
sudo dpkg-reconfigure locales
sudo dpkg-reconfigure keyboard-configuration
select your locales while reconfiguring the package and choose your approproate keyboard configuration
It's absolutely nessecary to reconfigure them all because console-setup is missing by default.

But I'm not looking for ways to use the Deepin in Japanese. (I am able to solve it)
I'm posting here to solve Deepin system problems for use in Japanese.

Hi Everyone of the Deepin users.
I know the announcement that has been Japanese correspondence in Deepin 15.
but Current Deepin is still difficult to use in Japanese users, visited here in order to support it.
Perhaps Japanese users will notice the splendor of Deepin.
I've added and modify Japanese translation in Transfiex. It will expect that to be reflected in the Deepin later.
For Japanese users to use Deepin, the problem exists:
- For language selection when starting the installation, Japanese in the list is displayed as "にほんご".
This should be displayed as "日本語". This does not seem to exist in the field of Transfiex:

- I even after selected the Japanese, installation remains of English keyboard will progress.
Even here reselect the Japanese, Deepin remains of English keyboard in the start-up after installation,
I have to re-select the setting of the keyboard again.
- The installation of the Japanese will not be installed by the input method.
