    It's probably due to low speed of the official mirror.
    visit https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wFMZCNle7Bo to change the mirror to a local mirror and try again

    cheak your setting-about-update
    And try to run "sudo apt-get update" in tty.
    Then give me a screenshot.
