    Just after installation Deepin fails to boot on this ASUS GL552VWDH74. The last line with nomodeset is ata3: SATA msc UDMA/133 abar m2048@0xdf333000 port 0xdf333200 .  I've attached pictures/video of the boot process with text, one with the nomodeset parameter.Thanks for any help!

    Try Ctrl-Alt-F2, see if you can change to tty2, and make sure dde is installed.
