Why Won't the Forum Help Me Anymore?

For my last 5 posts, spanning over 5 months I have not recieved any help from the community. I try very hard to work out my problems on my own as to not overburden Deepin but some things are too Deepin specific or hard to solve. The post from October was me sharing a hard-won solution to a major problem with an app in the Deepin store so other would not have to face it.
What's going on? Why am I on my own?

Will the best Linux distro continue to be kneecapped by its inability to show 12 hour time? It doesn't work in 15.3 and its completely gone in 15.4 Beta.
Will the best Linux distro not answer a polite question about how to request a much needed application update? The special post is gone, nothing on the website and forum unresponsive.

Sorry，my English is not good, do not understand what you mean，One thing I do not deny deepin linux is the best linux distributions I used, your question I believe deepin official will be solved. After all, this is a free open source project, and deepin developers may be less than one-tenth of the other system staff, I hope you can give them a little more time

I respect the developers and the project a lot. I used to get help in 2 days. Now no help in 5 months. I do not think I'm being impatient. I'm asking what happened.

i think that is because of this fourm's display rule,many new subjects won't pass to visitor, i have met this issue before, i had tried to feedback this issue twice ,unfortunately deepin will not take my suggestion.
