This issue has been written about a few times already and no one seems to know how to properly fix it.
It's not just Deepin but a few other distros out there that get their boot to desktop graphics all screwed up when installing the Nvidia driver.

You'd think that someone would have a fix or a howto but I haven't found one yet.
At the end of the day as long as it boots to the desktop I'm happy.
