    Ohai! How can i upgrade my system from 4.4.0-3 to 15.4 beta ( which is 4.9.0/8 -1 ) safely ( without reinstalling system )?

    The only way to upgrade to 15.4 beta is reinstalling with ISO. But the 15.4 RC is coming soon and you could upgrade your Deepin OS with apt

    I'm sorry.System can only be reinstalled ! Deepin 15.4 is beta,but the official version of the system will soon be released.Perhaps the RC version can be upgraded

    Take a look at this link. At the end it shows how to upgrade.
    Add this repository and update : deb http://proposed.packages.deepin.com/update-test unstable main non-free.
    I did it and I'm on 15.4
