Maybe you can try again and make sure your USB has good contact with your PC.

If you use the Deepin Boot Maker to make USB boot device then it will come to installation automatically, that means you won't see a menu at all. You may try to use Rufus to make a boot-able device again

I've tryed with like 10 or more times. with rufus, with win32diskimager and with Deepin Boot maker.
I choose boot menu to boot from USB, then coming menu where is Deepin installer and Deepin Failsafe.
I choose from menu Deepin installer then coming blue deepin logo water loading and if loaded then coming black screen where is left upper corner dash (-) blinking.
Maybe someone can help me out?

I've also tryed with external hard drive with it but it doing same thing.
And used another USB stick but same problem.

afer finish usb boot device, you need shutdown computer, not reboot. and computer power up, chose usb boot,if fail again, suggest try other computer or other linux or usb device,to exclude all possiblility of doubt.

I downloaded now from mega.nz a Deepin 15.4 RC and now I can install and there is installing like 5% and coming error.
ERROR:
mount: /dev/sda1: more filesystems detected. This should not happen, use -t to explicitly specify the filesystem type or use wipefs(8) to clean the device.

Maybe someone know what to do?

I took my external hard drive and made it bootable windows installer.
Then I plugged to my other computer and started windows installer.
Then pressed shift + f10 and commnd prompt opened. Then typed "diskpart".
Checked which disk is main HDD where im gonna install Deepin 15.4.
I had disk 0 which was MAIN HDD and disk 1 was External HDD where was installer.
I selected disk 0 and cleaned it and created partition primary and selected partition 1 and format fs=ntfs quick and then again selected disk 0 and cleaned and converted to GPT
And thats how I got my Deepin 15.4 installed.

Now I have problem how to get installed ID card.
