Please make deepin 15.4 distribution release a little faster when the operating system is virtualized in VirtualBox with Guest Additions installed into deepin.
The Deepin Desktop Environment is still too heavy for the CPU. LXDE and XFCE run faster than DDE.

Thanks! I love deepin 15 and the 15.4 RC2 has solved many graphics glitches when the os is virtualized.
I hope that deepin can be as fast as Manjaro or Debian with LXDE or XFCE one day.

I think vitualbox's setting is very important，it's default setting is not good for run deepin. This is not best setting, only be Referenced.

I have yet changed all the settings in VirtualBox and I have yet installed Guest Additions from the original CD-ROM but it is still slow.

Deepin seems that it has no virtualbox drives like Ubuntu. if you run Ubuntu in the Vbox, it will be faster than deepin without installing Guest Additions

VMWare works fine with deepin 15.4.

The proxy does not work so the operating system is not usable in an Intranet...

The Internet connection works with the proxy but APT is too slow (23Kb/s download rate).
How can I make the download rate higher?
I have selected a fast mirror (a mirror from Germany) but it is not sufficient.
What I am missing to do?

What he said is that install the Deepin system on your physical machine and keep your orignal system at the same time. Use Deepin on your physical machine maybe feel better.

Hi @ryanorz,
no thanks, i prefer to virtualize the second operating system (deepin 15.4) because it is hard to remove Grub voices if one day in future I want to come back to a single operating system installed in the computer (actually Microsoft Windows 10).
Thanks anyway but I think that I will continue to virtualize the linux systems.
