Do you get plymouth animations on other distros? I suspect that your graphical card doesn't support that feature.

found the culprit of this problem, after changing back proprietary driver (intel-microcode)  to Do not use the device the deeping boot logo went back to normal.
EDiT:
testing it last night it's not the intel-microcode proprietary driver, it's the nvidia driver itself..

i have tried this

  1. sudo nano /etc/default/grub
Copy the Code

then
  1. GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
  2. #to
  3. GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nomodeset"
Copy the Code

added new line

  1. GRUB_GFXPAYLOAD_LINUX=1920x1080
Copy the Code

save the file and update grub, then reboot

  1. sudo update-grub
  2. sudo reboot
Copy the Code

it works but new error on boot screen appeared
bbswitch: No suitable _DSM call found

i rolled back to xserver-xorg-video-nouveau driver
