@michaeljayt
Nope, trying install from deepin Store Ends with an error - dont know with error..
trying install from apt-get - system tells me:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
pidgin : Need: libpurple0 (>= 2.10.12) but will not be installed
requires: perlapi-5.22.2 but it can not be installed
Recommends: gstreamer1.0-alsa but it will not be installed or
gstreamer1.0-pulseaudio but will not be installed
pidgin-sipe : requires: libpurple0 (>= 2.10.12) but it can not be installed
E: Unable to correct problems, stopped damaged packages.
my solution for quickly it's adding to /etc/apt/source.list - entry:
deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian/ unstable main contrib non-free
Then in console a few commands like:
apt-get update
apt-get install pidgin pidgin-sipe
